General information
All condoms are packaged in bulk, in strips of two detachable sachets. All boxes also contain 25 illustrated instruction brochures for users.
Bulk orders are packaged in boxes of 144 condoms (1 gross), except Lifestyles Lubricated, product # 1531, which are also available in 10-gross packages (1,440 condoms).

Identify your specific needs, taking into account the volumes required for your community/public.

Clearly identify your organization in your initial contact with us, either via fax or e-mail. If we can view your letterhead (or URL) via a fax, so much the better.

Ensure that your enquiry has the approval of your spending authority officer. This avoids cross-research in the event that an employee is contacting us for information without the knowledge of the budget manager or regional manager….yes…it happens!

PBW Resources/Condomscanada will respond to your request with a price quotation. No institutional prices are available directly on the web site. Price quotes are available in writing only, and to a recognized health services location.

Once you have approved our price quote, we’re ready to go with your order. Your order (for condoms) will be shipped directly from the distributor’s warehouse to your street address (no box numbers please. Deliveries are usually made via courier).

If you are ordering other products, such as lubricants, you will receive a separate delivery from our offices in Victoria, B.C.

You can either set up a 30-day credit account with us at the time of the order. Our invoice for the products will be mailed to your accounts office/manager’s office at your direction. You do not pay at time of delivery. Alternately, if you have a commercial credit card (Visa/Mastercard), we can process payment through those payment vehicles as well. Credit card payments can only be relayed to us by telephone (for your security).

Institutional price quotes are not transmitted to individuals using "Hotmail", "Yahoo" addresses.

If you are an individual, and not connected with a health organization, and you’re looking for a "price break", you won’t qualify for a bulk order, but you CAN get a slight price reduction by ordering our regular retail products on line. We’ll process a discount manually, and credit the discount back to your original credit card purchase.
